Beginner’s series

If you’ve been meaning to try yoga, or would like to reacquaint yourself with your practice, this is the perfect opportunity! You will learn the basic alignment and form of over 40 postures, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy and concepts that will inspire and empower you on and off your mat. Demonstration, discussion, personal hands-on adjustments, and guided practice will provide you with a solid foundation for any style of yoga. Classes will build upon each other, leading you through a progression of knowledge. We promote non-competition and non-judgement in a welcoming atmosphere. I took the 8-week beginner’s course… [it was] so much fun and promoted a very welcoming and non-judgmental space for beginners and more advanced students alike. I learned a TON about the intricacies of common poses that occur regularly in classes and feel much more confident practicing after taking [this] class.
