If you’ve been meaning to try yoga, or would like to reacquaint yourself with your practice, this is the perfect opportunity! Learn from an experienced teacher from the comfort and privacy of your own home with the livestream option OR choose to join in-studio for a small, socially distanced class.
You will learn the basic alignment and form of over 40 postures, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy and concepts that will inspire and empower you on and off your mat. Demonstration, discussion, and guided practice will provide you with a solid foundation for any style of yoga. Classes will build upon each other, leading you through a progression of knowledge.
