Beginner’s Course

Thursdays 5:30-6:45pm

$90 for 6 class series

If you’ve been meaning to try yoga, or would like to reacquaint yourself with your practice, this is the perfect opportunity! Learn from an experienced teacher in a small, socially distanced class.

You will learn the alignment and form of the foundational postures, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy and concepts that will inspire and empower you on and off your mat. Demonstration, discussion, and guided practice will provide you with a solid foundation that will prepare you for attending  any of our yoga classes. Classes will build upon each other, leading you through a progression of knowledge. We promote inclusivity, non-competition, and non-judgement in a welcoming atmosphere. January 5 – February 9

I took the beginner’s course… [it was] so much fun and promoted a very welcoming and non-judgmental space for beginners and more advanced students alike. I learned a TON about the intricacies of common poses that occur regularly in classes and feel much more confident practicing after taking [this] class. The space itself is beautiful and clean and the atmosphere is completely unpretentious.
