Yoga of Food – 4 class series

This 4 class series will help you deepen your relationship to yourself, with food and your body through exploring & embodying ancient yogic principles & philosophy. Each 2 hour class in the series will include yoga, meditation, journaling and sharing.

Mackenzie Rae is going into her third year of training studying somatic psychotherapy and has been working with individuals and groups in their relationship with food for the last 6 years. Weaving her love of yoga into her desire to help others deepen their relationship with food, their bodies and themselves.
