A slow-moving, gentle yoga class taught entirely with a trauma-informed approach. We will spend time moving, journaling, and exploring tools to nourish and soothe the nervous system. All are welcome, come as you are, and expect to leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
*Feel free to bring anything that brings you comfort in your practice as well as a journal. We have props but you are welcome to bring blankets, pillows, and any other support that you find useful in your practice.
Danielle Day considers herself a forever student always seeking to learn and be inspired by those around her. She believes that yoga is for all and weaves this into all her classes through modifications, assists, and adjustments. Danielle is working towards her Massage Therapy License and plans to continue her yoga training with a trauma-informed focus.
