If you’ve been meaning to try yoga, or would like to reacquaint yourself with your practice, this is the perfect opportunity! Learn from an experienced teacher in a small, socially distanced class.
You will learn the alignment and form of the foundational postures, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy and concepts that will inspire and empower you on and off your mat. Demonstration, discussion, and guided practice will provide you with a solid foundation that will prepare you for attending any of our yoga classes. Classes will build upon each other, leading you through a progression of knowledge. We promote inclusivity, non-competition, and non-judgement in a welcoming atmosphere. Danielle Day considers herself a forever student always seeking to learn and be inspired by those around her. She believes that yoga is for all and weaves this into all her classes through modifications, assists, and adjustments. Danielle is working towards her Massage Therapy License and plans to continue her yoga training with a trauma-informed focus.
