Join Elizabeth Ruff, LMP, E-RYT 500, Soma Practitioner for an exciting dive into the realm of neck and shoulder discomfort. Crick in your neck? Migraine? Carry the world on your shoulders? This workshop is for you! After having shoulder surgery herself a couple of years ago, seasoned yoga instructor & anatomy lover Elizabeth Ruff studied tirelessly into aspects of shoulder and neck health.
This class will involve movements & movement modifications for a variety of conditions in the neck and shoulders. Set fear aside and learn how you can still practice in a new way to accommodate your healing. No recent injury or surgery? The pandemic has us all dealing with WAY more screen time, and our necks and shoulders are certainly telling us we need to pay attention to them! Come join this class to understand how you can approach your neck and shoulders in a gentle, yet deep, way. Learn how to partner with your yoga practice as a vital tool for supporting your neck and shoulder health!

Elizabeth Ruff is a Licensed Massage Therapist in addition to being a yoga teacher, with a rich background of training. She effortlessly weaves her classes with playful light and a sense of adventure.
