Yoga for men

Friday February 8,  6:00-8:00pm

A multi level workshop geared to those who identify as male. Going through a vinyasa flow we will explore how different yoga poses work with the male body, including flexibility, integrity of major joints, and what you should know about the male pelvic floor. Chipp would like to share his knowledge and experience, and create a collective conversation. Be ready to practice and sweat. 30 minute discussion, 90 minute flow. This workshop is meant to be experienced as many times as you would like to take it.

Chipp Allard’s philosophy is be yourself so that everyone around you can also be themselves. He will take you towards your growing edge, helping you realize your strengths physically and mentally.
