The yogic practices of asana and pranayama are cleansing on many levels. This all-levels workshop is an opportunity to deeply release the tension that accumulates in the major joints – the hips and shoulders – as well as a time to let go of mental and emotional habits that can hold us back from enjoying life.
Cat Enright has completed over 800 hours of training, and is a Certified Yoga Therapist. She is deeply committed to yoga as a holistic path to freedom and joy. Her intention in teaching is to help students to see themselves authentically, with compassion and patience.
