Yoga for the heart

Offered via Zoom | Saturday November 14, 12:00-1:30pm

Come learn how to open your heart physically, emotionally, and energetically through various yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and other embodied practices. This workshop is accessible to all people, regardless of their knowledge about energy or yoga. A safe space of love will be created for us to explore together how to show up in the world with an open, loving, and discerning heart towards ourselves and others. We will be gathering virtually over zoom, in the comfort of our own homes but we will be feeling into our shared collective heart energy. 

We will be engaging in: 

  • Yoga asanas to open the physical heart and free energy in the heart chakra
  • Meditation and visualization techniques to calm the mind and to better listen to your heart’s wisdom
  • Self touch/massage techniques to create embodied connection

Although we strongly encourage live attendance for livestreamed workshops in order to receive the maximum benefit, it will also be recorded and all participants will receive a link to watch for up to a week post-event.

Beth Rusk uses her teacher training, her anatomy knowledge as a massage therapist, and her many years of varied styles of yoga experience to guide you along your own yogic path. Show up to her class ready to breathe, connect, flow and discover.
