In this workshop we will focus on strengthening the deepest muscles of our core: the Pelvic Pyramid – a powerful trio of muscles that support and stabilize the lower spine and pelvis. We will explore mindful and potent exercises to promote healing and restore muscle tone. Men and women encouraged to attend.
