How to take our livestream classes

QUICK START GUIDE

  • Go to our class schedule, either via the MindBody app on your phone, or via the schedule page on our website; log in if necessary
  • Click “book”/”make single reservation” for your chosen class
  • If you have an active class pass or membership – you’re all set. If you need to purchase a pass, make your selection and provide payment
  • That’s it! You should receive an email with the link to your class within 1 minute. Join us for class on Zoom at the appointed time. If you do not receive the email confirmation with the Zoom link or had trouble going through this process, either follow the detailed instructions below, or send us an email.

A recording of the class will be sent to everyone signed up for a class that will be streamable for another 48 hours, whether you attended live or not. Perfect if a class time doesn’t work for you, you get interrupted, or have any tech issues. Just be sure to sign up for the class you’d like before it’s scheduled start time, and a link will be emailed to you after the class.

**Sign up for a free Zoom account if you haven’t already**

1. Click this link & log-in using your 3 OMS Yoga credentials (if you’re unsure about this see options below)

  • If you are already a student, enter your email and password specific to 3 OMS Yoga
  • If you have not used our website before please create an account
  • If you don’t know or simply cannot remember your password, select “forgot password” and MindBody will walk you through resetting
  • If you are a new student, follow the on screen instructions to create your account
  • Make sure you are opted-in to receive all email communications in your MindBody account, and that the email address on there is where you want to receive your link. When you are logged in to MBO, you can check/edit under the “My Info” tab
  • Logged in and not seeing your already purchased passes or membership? Contact us.

2. Now that you are logged in, select “SIGN UP NOW” on the class that you wish to attend

3. You will be prompted to choose between “MAKE A SINGLE RESERVATION” or “make a recurring reservation.” Be sure and choose SINGLE reservation.

4. Please choose accordingly and follow through with payment prompts (if you have a membership or package option it should automatically apply). Log out when finished

5. Once you successfully register, check your email. You should find an automatic registration confirmation that contains a Zoom link. This is your key to class. If you do do not receive this email, please first check your spam/promotions/junk folders. Still not seeing it? Contact us. 

6. When the class time has arrived, click on the zoom link contained within email

7. All participants will be muted upon entry and will be muted through class so that the teacher’s audio can be heard clearly. You can choose to leave your video on or off. Many people like to leave their video on for the accountability and sense of connection it provides. If you’d prefer privacy, feel free to leave it off

8. You made it! The hardest part is over. Drop in and let your breath lead the rest of the way!

3. Choose a class by clicking “BOOK”

4. From here you should be prompted to choose how you would like to pay which will bring you to a “SELECT A PASS” page. Choose “LIVESTREAM to purchase a drop in (if you have a membership option or package on your account, it should automatically apply).


5. After completing step 4 and filling in your payment, you should be “BOOKED” for that respective class

6. Once you successfully register, check your email. You should find an automatic registration confirmation that contains a Zoom link. This is your key to class. If you do do not receive this email, please first check your spam/promotions/junk folders. Still not seeing it? Contact us.

**PRO-TIP: if you are experiencing  a low-quality connection: Install the Zoom software on your computer or device. If you are not using the Zoom app, try streaming through Google Chrome. Changing browsers can help with streaming quality. If you can, disconnect from wifi on your other devices while you are in class.**
