This workshop includes self Trigger Point release techniques, aromatherapy for emotional support, as well as the ultimate guided yoga relaxation technique, Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra practice induces complete relaxation while maintaining consciousness. You will travel to the space between wakefulness and sleep, thereby restoring wellness on all levels of being.

Aromatherapy soothes the limbic brain (the most ancient and primitive part of the brain associated with emotion).
When we remove stressors, the body relaxes and the immune system functions more efficiently. Vitality and vibrant health are restored. We have more energy to do the things we want to do!
Wear comfortable clothes (think pajamas) and leave the belts and bras behind. No previous experience necessary.
