discover how working from principle and focus allows you to grow naturally!
In this program you will:
Practice: Six days of asana practice per week at 3 OMS YOGA
Meditate: Increasing sitting times as the weeks progress. Recorded and sent to you by Elizabeth.
Pranayama: Practice Daily
Learn: Group meetings are where everything comes together!
Fridays 5:30-6:45pm (Mar. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29)
Cleanse: Using Ayurvedic wisdom to focus on a weekly dietary theme centered around discovering and practicing a vibrant new health for the physical body. Commit to 4 weeks free from addictive substances: Caffeine, Alcohol, Tobacco/Recreational Drugs, Sugar.
Detox: Dietary awareness practice includes a three day cleanse. Select from a series of options what is best for your body.
Connect: Group meetings and the buddy system.
Meetings are for participants of 4 Weeks to Freedom Program ONLY.
Connect with your fellow 4 Weeks Participants, and be led through the theme of the week by Elizabeth. You will find the process fun and rewarding as you are supported and held accountable by teachers, participants and your buddy.
Elizabeth Ruff is a Licensed Massage Therapist in addition to being a yoga teacher, with a rich background of training. She effortlessly weaves her classes with playful light and a sense of adventure.
