Virtual 4 Weeks to Freedom

October 9 - November 6, 2020

A daily combination of asana practice, meditation, diet, and personal reflection will cultivate a solid foundation from which students can live and grow. Regardless of your level of experience, this program will reveal mental clarity, lightness of body, and an illumination of spirit. You will
discover how working from principle and focus allows you to grow naturally! This program will be offered entirely virtually, allowing you to cultivate lasting habits while you integrate them into your daily routines. You will be fully supported with daily online classes and meditations, reflection and journaling exercises, and weekly group meetings via Zoom.

In this program you will:

Practice: Six days of asana practice per week with 3 OMS YOGA online

Meditate: Increasing sitting times as the weeks progress. Recorded and sent to you by Elizabeth.

Pranayama: Practice Daily

Learn: Group meetings are where everything comes together!
Fridays 5:30-6:45 via Zoom (Oct 9, 16, 23, 30, Nov 6)

Cleanse: Using Ayurvedic wisdom to focus on a weekly dietary theme centered around discovering and practicing a vibrant new health for the physical body. Commit to 4 weeks free from addictive substances: Caffeine, Alcohol, Tobacco/Recreational Drugs, Sugar.

Connect: Via group meetings and the buddy system to support and uplift each other through this process. Meetings are for participants of 4 Weeks to Freedom Program ONLY.

Connect with your fellow 4 Weeks Participants, and be led through the theme of the week by Elizabeth. You will find the process fun and rewarding as you are supported and held accountable by teachers, participants and your buddy.

Elizabeth Ruff is a Licensed Massage Therapist in addition to being a yoga teacher, with a rich background of training. She effortlessly weaves her classes with playful light and a sense of adventure.

Members: $50 (in addition to $99 monthly membership)
Non-members: $150 (includes unlimited livestream classes at 3 OMS)
