Naturally, one of the questions that came up was what exactly is a mala and how do we use it?Read More
Whether you love it or loathe it, Valentine’s Day is upon us. While the day may have long-ago been co-opted by greeting card companies, chocolatiers, and florists (Big Valentine…?), it can still be a great reminder to check in with our own hearts and practice self-love.
In the chakra system, the heart chakra-or anahata chakra- is the fourth chakra and is located right near your heart in the center of your chest. Represented by the color green, it is also associated with the element of air and scents of jasmine, lavender, and rose. Read More

Welcome to our cozy little corner of the internet! With our new website launch, we’re excited to be able to bring this feature to our 3 OMS community. We see this as a space to go deeper into yoga topics, share behind the scenes info, and most importantly, as a space to dialogue and connect with YOU!
So get your cup of tea and cozy up with us in this virtual extension of the studio. Let us know in the comments if there’s anything you’d like to see here, topics you’d like to know more about, etc. We are looking forward to creating and growing in this new direction!
