Our classes are directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality, health and freedom. We create an environment that's healing and that honors each individual, an environment that respects our boundaries and works within them.
We offer a variety of class times, 7 days a week, open to beginners and all levels. Come to any class, any time that suits you best. Choose to drop in or purchase a class package. Beginners and all levels welcome to all classes.
Devotional vinyasa, self-generated heat, and longer holds with space to mindfully witness our own experiences. Chanting and live music are incorporated. Somewhere between Intuitive Flow & Power Yoga Fusion in its rigor. Heated to 80 degrees.
(4-week, 8-class series) You are welcome to drop-in to this 8-Class Course Series anytime. Designed for absolute beginners or students wanting to deepen their understanding of yoga. You will enjoy in-depth instruction, demonstration and have the opportunity to ask specific questions. Each class covers different poses, yoga philosophy, breathing exercises, and more. We promote non-competition and non-judgement in a welcoming atmosphere. Come as you are, practice yoga to take good care of yourself! Community Karma Donation Class
This class is taught by a teacher under mentorship as a way to develop his/her teaching to a new level of excellence. Your donation of $5-$15 will go to our "Karma Yoga Bellingham" fund which will allow professional yoga teachers to teach classes in under-served communities. Donation basis, cash only please. Students of all levels of experience are welcome to attend. Style of class will depend on the teacher. Call ahead if you would like more information about the class.
Deliberately gentle and accessible. Suitable for beginners as well as those looking for a slow-moving, gentle yoga, if you are healing from an injury or working with other physical challenges. Modifications and props will be used and the class will be designed to be accessible to all who attend.
A slow flowing, compassionate practice blending movement and stillness with a focus on pranayama (breath). Each class is designed for the needs of the group, has a unique focus and includes strength building and deep stretching. Learn how to listen to your body and wake up!
An alignment based style of yoga with a focus on precision within the practice, presented in an accessible and heartfelt way. Wisdom philosophy from yogic texts such as the Yoga Sutras are woven into each class. Accessible to all levels.
Mom & Baby Yoga
We flexibly flow from yoga for mom, to baby and both. Mom will find her center again, strengthen her core and learn how to nourish herself while connecting with baby and other Moms. Babies 3 weeks to pre-crawlers.
Power Yoga Fusion
A dynamic mixture of spirit and sweat! This accessible, challenging and flowing form of yoga will lead you to a state of transformation inside and out. Room is heated 88-90 degrees.
Pranayama and Meditation
Exploration of yogic breathing practices and guided meditation. Cultivating a calm mind and connecting to deep stillness.
Women during any stage of pregnancy will benefit immensely from this class. Prenatal yoga eases the discomforts of pregnancy and allows you to embrace your changing body. A great way to prepare for childbirth and meet other Moms-to-be.
A deeply relaxing, gentle class that uses props to offer complete support. Quiet you mind and sooth your nervous system. Great for people with injuries and pregnant women.
A restorative class designed to reduce stress, you will experience deep, long holds in passive positions, developing the qualities of stillness and quietude without and within.
